Digital Products (PDF Ebooks & Spiral bound)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital file has been purchased and delivered, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.
Exceptions may be considered if:
- You were charged multiple times for the same order.
- The file is defective or cannot be accessed and we are unable to resolve the issue.
Physical Spiral Books
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. The item must be unused and in its original condition.
To request a return or replacement, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
Non-Refundable Items
- Downloaded ebooks and digital products
- Products purchased by mistake
- Change-of-mind purchases
- Products that have already been used or downloaded
